Representatives of the Sofia Arbitration Court at the International Association for Justice and Arbitration held a meeting with the leadership of the Bulgarian-Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. We discussed the possibilities of our arbitrage institution to benefit the Russian business, which works with Bulgarian companies and the Bulgarian companies, which have trade relations with Russian partners.
Court founder Maria Yaneva, an arbitrator of the International Arbitration Chamber in Paris, has highlighted the benefits of business-friendly arbitrage. “Arbitrage works much faster than state lawsuits, much cheaper, and at the same time is completely reliable,” she said.
In turn, the chairman of the BRICP Board Georgi Minchev said that the Sofia Arbitration Court at the International Association for Justice and Arbitration is an institution that is fast becoming a credible and trustworthy one.
It was agreed that BRCI representatives would be included in the list of CAC arbitrators. It has become clear that there will be a series of meetings where the business will get acquainted with the advantages of the arbitration and the opportunities offered by the Sofia Arbitration Court at the International Association of Justice and Arbitration.
